SHIPPING POLICIES

The goods will be shipped within a maximum of 5 days of payment (usually 1-2 days)
We do not ship unpaid shipments.

Returns Policy – ​​Perfumes

The customer has the right to return purchased perfumes within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in accordance with applicable law, provided that the product has not been opened or used.

Return terms:

Perfumes must be factory sealed, unopened and unused.

The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included with the return shipment.

❗ For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method used for purchase.
